Delivery Fee – $50

Covers delivery, installation, pickup, and any service calls. An additional amount may be charged based on mileage.

Housewares & Linens Delivery – $40

Covers installation including setting up for immdediate use, also covers pickup,
and any service calls.

Damage or Smoke – Fees are based on Repair or Replacement Costs.

Normal wear & tear is expected. Additional charges are usually a result
of burn holes, intentional vandalism, or stench from cigarette smoke. All
renters are encouraged to smoke outside to ensure the furniture does not absorb
the smoke.

We don’t bother with the small stuff and we won’t bill you for
1 missing fork, but if there is enough accumulated expense due to your actions,
we will act to protect our investments.
