A few things you may not know about Central RTO’s rental program
Lets name the ways our customers have control:
- Same Day Delivery or Schedule for a later date- Whatever fits your Schedule
- Flexible payment dates- You can pay Daily, Weekly, Semi Monthly, every two weeks, Monthly. You pick the next day you want to be due based on your schedule.
- On time Dollars- Every time you make an ontime payment 2% of the payment is rebated to you. You can use it for your next payment or a new rental. Your rebate your choice.
- Flexible term- Need for a week, no problem. Need it for a month or two, no problem. Want to own it, no problem.
- Try B4 you Buy- LCD, LED , Plasma, DLP. Buying something new can be confusing. Is the sales person giving me the best advice? What is the best for me and my family? With Central RTO’s Try B4 you buy, just try it and if it is not the right one bring it back and we will apply the payment you made towards another TV using the “Be Sure, B4 you buy” Program”.
- Upgrade- Never get stuck with last years model. If the new model comes out and you want to upgrade, just use the”Buy Back” program and get the new model.
- Flexible payment option- Central RTO tries to make life as easy as possible. You can make payments with Credit card, Cash, check, money order, online, dropslot, autopayments or just call and do it over the phone. However you want to pay we give you the option.
- Ownership at your option- You can rent for special events (guests coming to town, washer in service, wedding, party). You can use our 120 days Same as Cash. You can rent to term and make the payments fit your budget. Or get some extra money and want to payoff early, we always allow you to use the early payoff option and save 40% on your remaining balance. You are not locked into one path and you have all of the options all of the time.
- Special orders- Do not see anything you like in stock. we do special orders. Our vendors have hundreds of products that we do not stock, but they are always available to you.
- Have a favorite way to communicate- Central RTO knows that people all have different ways they like to communicate. Phone, Text, Email, Facebook or just come in, we love to see our customers.
- Service Option-You are never without the product you are renting, so if you have a service issue we will get you a loaner to use or if it works we can just switch your unit with a replacement and we take care of the service company.
- Lucky Days Option- Ever have someone surprise you with a gift? We have had customers get surprised by someone giving them a washer/dryer or a sofa/love and return the one they are renting. Well at Central RTO it is the gift that gives twice, because we let you return your current rental and apply the payment to something totally new. It is not a TV for TV or Washer for a Washer, you can apply your rent TV to Sofa or Sofa for Washer. It is totally up to you.
- Having a midlife crisis or just need a change- You can trade your rental at anytime and create a new look or feel.
- Refer us to your friends and get $100 or keep us as your little secret. Your Option!
